Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. 

Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Hydrochloride, Taurine, Isomalt DC (galenIQ 721), Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC 102), Mannitol DC (Pearlitol 200 DC), Peppermint Oil Powder (encapsulated 20–30%), Glycine, Binder (Acacia), Sucralose, Film Coat (HPMC clear) + isomalt TC & Sucralose polish, Sodium Gluconate, Magnesium Stearate, Acesulfame-K, Ethyl Vanillin, Menthol, Silicon Dioxide, Spearmint Oil (encapsulated).

Directions: Take 3–6 mints daily, depending on your creatine intake target.
Creatine dose ladder:
3 mints = 3.75g creatine
4 mints = 5.0g creatine
6 mints = 7.5g creatine
Do not exceed 6 mints per day.
