Two creatine forms, one convenient format

Creatine monohydrate and creatine hydrochloride (HCl) sit at the core of the formula. Both forms are named, and the combined creatine amount is clearly disclosed.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. For adults performing high-intensity exercise.

With 2.5 g taurine per labelled serving

Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid. It is included alongside the creatine blend at 2.5 g per labelled serving, with its amount listed separately. You can see exactly what the formula contains without a proprietary blend hiding the detail.

Directions: Take 3–6 mints daily, depending on your creatine intake target.
Creatine dose ladder:
3 mints = 3.75 g creatine
4 mints = 5.0 g creatine
6 mints = 7.5 g creatine
Do not exceed 6 mints per day.

Right where do we start being a field based engineer these are great. No carrying powder round for gym time and having a tub explode in the van. These are convienient and multi faceted. Two types of creatine and taurine 👌🏽. Definitely worth it and i will buy more. Helps being mint too if you need to freshen up.

They do the job well and are convenient - so 5 star for that. But 3 star because they do not taste of mint.

Reload has been great for helping me hit my daily creatine target. 10-20g is a lot to consumer through powder alone and can be rough on my stomach. I have some of the mints in my car and some in my office so I can top myself up with them throughout the day.
